if I could put less than one star I would. went in to buy a Ford F-150 they had advertised. Was going to put 1500 down on it and have it totally paid off in the next two months. Even showed them proof that i could. In the end after going back and forth to the "dealership" for two days i was told i was turned down by the owner. Called back to offer 2000 down and asked to speak to the manager and was rudely told that wouldnt make a difference and both the salesman i was dealing with and the owner were now both convieniently out to lunch. And was turned down by the bank.So which one is it? Owner turn me down or the bank? Shady to me. oh well. It was their money they lost. Going to rip this place to everyone i know and on every social media site there is. Oh yeah also was told they do in house financing. Guess that wasnt true either.Pretty sure they sold it out from under me. Of coure nobody would admit it.

BEWARE!!! I bought a suv on the 23rd. When we tried to leave with the vehicle in which we paid CASH for it would not start. After several attempts it started. The salesman said it was just the battery from sitting and when we got down the road it would charge. Well it was not the battery the check engine came in the next day and it needs a catylic converter and fuel pump!!! We are beyond pissed. We talked to Matt at auto city and said he would call back. He never did. Avoided my calls. Took it to the mechanic they deal with and they talked to him and he said he was not fixing it we had to fix it. We have six kids and one income. The repairs we need to do are $900.00 dollars!!! Needless to say we are beyond mad and do not have the funds to fix. I recommend to anyone stay away!!!! Very disappointing!!

I stumbled unto Auto City because I was looking for a car within my price range after being involved in an accident that totaled my car. Upon arrival to the lot I was pleased with the massive selection of vehicles and the prompt help I received from Tony. Tony was very knowledgeable about the different cars that I was interested in and more than happy to show me everything. Tony was not the usual villainous used car salesmen and made the car buying process easy, stress free and above all understanding and non pushy. I traveled to them from NC and all I have to say is great customer service and cheap cars, but I would never ever deal with them again. I have own my truck for only 3 months and it needs a new motor, been trying to get in touch with the general manager for a few days with out any luck so make him aware of this issue. This will be the first and last time I will ever deal with them if you decide to purchase a car from them please get it checked out by your person mechanic and get a warranty so this want happen to you too.

Sneaky business practice cost us a $250 nonrefundable cash deposit. Car we were interested in had obviously been in a wreck. Auto City allegedly provides an independent AutoCheck report, but our salesman "could not find it" and never offered to send it. When I bought the report myself a few days later I saw the car had been wrecked twice, then bought at auction as "Frame Damaged." Had we known that, we certainly would not have begun the buying pracrice. Better Business Bureau complaint went nowhere.
