Biomat Savannah is very unprofessional and racis. They employees are very rude and ghetto everyone expect Lila Tianna Dj Kyle and a few others Dj is and wonderful phleb. However I feel that that center is poorly ran management sucks rude and has a poor attitude . The manager and supervisor sits up and flirt with each other, the floor can never get help it’s been times I have sat for hours not just for the money but just to see if anyone would come to help out eventually, I’ve over heard employees talk bad about other employees which is also unprofessional I’ve also witnessed a donor throw a tape dispenser at an employee while management AND THE SHERIFF just sat there and watched biomat is not a secure place to be I’ve stopped donating due to these reasons I don’t feel safe when I go there.

The worst company ever. The wait was ridiculous. You are donating to save a life but the staff is talking about what they are doing when there off. It is very unorganized and unprofessional. If you come bring a book you will be here for about 6 hours at least.

I like the staff and all of the complaints of a 3 hour wait are true but thats what happens whens when too many ppl are waiting in front of you, in-out can be 2 to 5 hours but the line is long cuz we ppl like easy money

They need to offer more money, very first time $45 then $30 then after that $20 then $30 and they stay on $20 & $30 in till u miss a donation. For 6 months it sucks but sumthing is more than nothing i guess
