Well since I had a complaint about this place. that I postef a few weeks back, I come in here today Wednesday, July 19th, I was treated very ignorantly by a few staff members over a cup of ice water.Now, I have been coming here since September of last year and I have brought the same exact cup in all these months and today there was a problem.Im not giving names but they know who they are and the odd thing about it is, that the tech who took my vitals,weight,etc.was extremely pleasant and said nothing to me about it.It was when I was done and walking back to waited too be called, a certain staff member yelled my name loudly and directed me to her, while she was taking care of another donor and started giving me the riot act!! Unbelievable!Especially when I walked in there were 2 nurses and a tech who seen me with and didnt say a word!!Umm, excuse me its hot and atleast they could of explained why the reason was I couldnt have it.....dont ya think? No though,the way it was handled and I was treated was ridiculous and it seems odd that the last time I was here they had to pay me without getting my plasma because it was a faulty pump and it was no fault of my own.Now Im being targeted?Pretty unprofessional if you ask me and a few others I dont care to mention.Donot pick on a donor over nonsense!Be courteous, be kind, above all treat your customers with respect!!You like to be respected right? Well it works both ways, Have a nice day

i would sell my blood to these people after all business is strictly business but their total incompetence and defective equipment as well as their own narrow minded bigoted staff and their debit card with way to many service charges make doing so impossible to prove it go any where you can get a free blood pressure check 2 or 3 of them then go here this place will be the only place nothing goes right every time so either the equipment or the people are wrong but only if they simply do not like you with these people business is not strictly business if they simply do not like you they simply make doing business with them impossible
