Tube a disagreement with a cashier there, wearing a pants, rarely buy there, but looking for a box I liked a pair of pants, never look at the price, I did not wear it, when I get to pay the lady who attended me scolded for having it "Removed" .... queeeee ???? If I did not even look at it, I just liked it !!!! ... I had a bad time, it gave me courage because I never bought it and when I did it I was scolded and in front of many people that embarrass !!!! And that courage because in the end I did not blame :( one thing if I tell them I do not stop there even if they pay me

Hey guys! Emily here! Just wanted to post something in regards to the previous review about the Kent value village. 1. I am definitely not fired and still work at the location 2. My manager and I immediately counted my till after customer "Letitia" claimed that I pocketed her money, and my till was not a penny short or over, it would have registered as missing 5$ had I pocketed the money and 5$ over had I counted back the incorrect change. 3. The issue was taken up with corporate and resolved after further investigation on the cameras showed I indeed counted back the correct change, no pocketing :-) 4. During the transaction, Letitia purchased a 30$ coach perfume and the following day, she returned to our store and exchanged a different perfume that she had brought from home and placed our tag on. I just wanted to post this to clear up the lies in the previous review. Customer service is a priority at Kent value village and our team members do our best to make sure that everyone has a pleasant experience. It truly saddens me that some people would spread malicious lies, and I would NEVER risk my employment over 5$ dollars. Best

Just like any other Donation store, content wise. Used Items, but these guys are well organized and there more customer interaction. Other than that, the donation dropoff is kind of oddly placed. Still a nice local shop, I dig it.

This is my FAVORITE value village location! (This one, Puyallup and Tukwila) I always ALWAYS find a TON of amazing deals here. Plus the store is always clean and organized and the staff is super nice helpful and friendly!

First time in a value village. It was clean and you could actually see the items they have for sale ans most things they had for sale were priced to sell.
