Went in to buy some clothes for a young single mother and I had a cart full of clothes and I asked the mgr if he could offer a discount for me and I told him the situation , he said no, I was like are you kidding me. He did not have any compassion at all, he was actually a jerk. I paid for what was on counter and told cash I did not want the rest, I told her thank you and that I will never be back to this store and I will not donate again. Goodwill in monrow have the rudest mgrs and so are some of their employees.

It is real difficult to live an alternative lifestyle and have little spare money for clothes. Thankfully I love to make new things and have no problem with preowned items. I no longer shop at most other stores that carry gothic apparel because I find much better deals and tons of material to work with here! I would recommend it to anyone.

They turned away nearly all of my donations citing new policies regarding sellability... I walked into the store to witness the quality of their available merchandise and found that they turned away products that far exceed the quality discovered throughout their available inventory.

I love this Goodwill! The staff is wonderful from management, front in clerks are always helpful and kind. I recieve kind smiles and several thanks from the donation recievers. The quality of items usually exceeds my expectation.

Their prices suck. You get donations of items. Free items. Then you price a vacuum for $100. Your pricing staff is heavy handed. Lower middle class and poor look to you for aid and you rob them blind with your prices.

Nice items for sale, picked up a great coffee container and measuring spoon. Also fantastic place to donate items that I no longer need. Staff is very courteous, be patient on the weekends it gets busy for drop offs.

Excellent stuff, great people to deal with. The only small problem I have with them: they do not give coupons/rebates when you bring in a ton of stuff. That is why I mostly go to Value Village Everett

Usually good stuff. Always helpful employees. Decent thrift store prices. Clean, usually organized. I hate how they shelve the art work, its an awkward mess.

Smaller Goodwill, has a decent selection of clothing. Electronics is mainly really dated stuff, with the occasional gaming system accessories.
