Ive worked here at village, i would just like to explain our situation to some of our unsatisfied customers. We get hundreds pounds of donations a day, we pay the rypen foundation by the pound whether we can use those donations in our store or not. We also give donors cupons to use in our store. And when we cant use a donated item in our store it goes to be recycled or sent to a 3rd world country depending on what the item is. We are a for profet company that is partnered with other non profets. We are not a non profet ourselves. Most of our employees work their butts off to make customers as well as managment happy. Some, i agree could have used a little more customer service skills although most of those people dont last long in the company. Yes, im sure our prices seem high to some, they also seem extremely low to some. And if you see an item you feel is over priced, i encourage you to talk to a manager to get that lowered for you, our pricers are not all knowing. They dont always know what items came from where or how much they cost new. Its a best guess. So if it doesnt seem fair to you, ask someone. Lastly, we try our best not to let anything damaged or in bad condition on the floor, if you find something damaged and its priced high, bring it to a manager, they will offer a lower price, if you dont want it, it will be sent to a country in need. Our employees work very hard and encounter a lot of rude customers, but they try their best. Thank you.

I never shop Value Village every again I got item on on senior day and returned it the next day, So I had to exchange it for some else so when I found some thing the same price They charge me more money instead of give me the extra 30 percent so that place are money steal company. I are my friends n family will not go their again Thanks for not helping me

IF you have a coupon, or it is a promotion day, then you are fine. But, most of the time the "stuff" is just way to expensive. Since they pay for most of their goods, they jack up the price too high, and try to pass off ripped, torn, and soiled items for WAY too much money. Stick with the true non-profits and find real deals!

I have had many successful shopping experiences at this thrift store. They have a very large selection of clothing for men, women and children in a full range of sizes. I have picked up at bargain prices many household items. And I recycle things I no longer need/use by donating them to Value Village.

Good selection, love the 50% off sales, usually pretty well organized and smooth through checkout. The only downside is sometimes things are overpriced and some employees could use more training on courteous customer service. I will definitely sh op here again.

This is the lowest form of thrift store. I have been here only a half dozen times but a 3 year old wall calendar? Furniture full of urine? And priced much higher than goodwill or teen challenge. Service is atrocious!

Expensive for a thrift store. Theyll try to sell anything and everything, even if its worn down or partially broke. There are a couple better thrift stpres right down the road.
