The lighting fixtures were great and very afforable and I would give that 4 or 5 stars. BUT, I bought two of them and a table and despite the fact that there were 3 younger guys standing there and I am a disabled widow, I had to make 3 trips back & forth to my car to carry them out one at a time. Not a single employee offered to help. It lead me to not want to ask for help either, because I was being ignored. Very bad customer service. What a shame. Uncaring employees make the store look bad.

Excellent for New and Used building materials,electronics,furniture,tools, and misc..I generally hit Habitat once a week and have purchased tools,lumber,furniture,cabinets, framed pictures, and many other items over the last couple years..I find the staff very courteous , helpful, informative, and ready to serve the customer base..I have never experienced a problem but if I did I would not hesitate to bring it to the managers attention..Thanks,,JIM

This is a thrift store that has high prices on items (almost double what other thrift stores in the area charge). Their items are not any better, and sometimes not as good, as some of the other stores (Humane Society Thrift Store, Stepping Stones- Goodwin location, DAV Thrift Store, Goodwill)......

I love love love the ReStore! Particularly here in Prescott, where apparently builders are especially generous with their donations of salvaged and leftover materials. You just never know what you will find!

I love this place! Not only is Habitat for Humanity a great non profit organization, their ReStore has the biggest selection of reasonably priced merchandise of any thrift store in the tri city area.
