CSL Plasma saved my life the very first time I went to sign up to begin donating my plasma. Through the required FDA mandated screening process my Blood Pressure (BP) was found to be 162/110.That BP reading is very high and I could have had a stroke if they had not caught it for me. I had just had and passed my annual physical with no problems or health issues found just 5 days before. I am ever indebted to this business and its staff for preventing the worst for me and my family. After meeting with my MD and getting my BP in check I was allowed to begin donating. I have donated for 2 years now and love the staff and management. I find them very professional and caring. If you are having a problem with your donation or the process you can talk to Mike or Jeremy and they will address the issue with their staff.

Terrible. The staff have a superiority complex. Certain staff members purposely put on the same movie every day to punish those who come in later in the day even though it is still well within business hours. A certain phlebotomist messed up and missed my vein. I had a slight panic reaction and he treated me as though it was my fault and got a serious attitude. I started a new medication and disclosed this to them. They required all my medical information pertaining to this medication. The medication itself has no interaction with the plasma. But they wanted to know the diagnosis. From that diagnosis they deferred me for 1 year. Even though the drug had no interaction with the plasma. My honesty was punished by a year deferment even though my plasma had not changed and my diagnosis had nothing to do with them.

I feel like CSL plasma is pretty dishonest and rude. They advertise the promotions coming up for the months but many of the people, including myself, do not get the promotion and I when asked why they make up some excuse that goes contrary to what the promotion says. Also during the reception (finger stick, pulse, hematocrit) they are extremely rude. Even though I am getting paid in the end I am the customer and if they want me to come back at least pretend to show a little respect. If you are desperate, I guess do it. If you only want it for some extra spending cash it is not worth it.

It is a good place to score up to $70 a week. Cash. But it is really dirty, people are cramped in there, restrooms are always gross. Have to stand in line for 30 minutes at times. Be prepared to see some gross stuff (puke, some blood). The staff is really friendly though once you get to know them. The whole place needs huge remodeling project, but if you really need the money and are not afraid of showing scars from donating, this place will work for you.

This place is ran by the leased qualified people on the planet. You have to wait hours upon hours each time. They messed up and went through my vein, caused severe bruising, then next time I came I had to wait an extraordinary long amount of time to be approved by the MSA. I mean, holy crap, monkeys can do a better job running this place.

A pure joke. Came in 30 minutes till close, did ths kiosk and half the screening. Then got the run around about my Plasma being white when it looked like it always dose. The most insufficient place i have ever been. I have been a long time donor as well. Would not waste ur time. So really do not waste 5 hours of ur life for 55 dollars.

I have been here twice to donate blood, and they were wonderful both times. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, and did a fantastic job sticking the needles in with no pain. (My veins can be elusive, and I have had problems donating other places.) I really appreciate the level of expertise here. The cookies are fabulous.

Super unprofessional and untrained staff on the donor floor. Lori and ladies doing screenings are great, and the nurse that helps me was sweet but besides that everyone in that building seems incompetent, slow, and careless. Especially of the donors, their time, and well being.

The place is good , staff is good , no complaints. As far as the complaints go, the payment schedule is clearly defined and as long as you do your due dilligence on first time visits there wont be any issues.

I generally have a good experience here. Can sometimes take a little long, but the staff are helpful and do what they can. Good way to have a little extra money to play with.

Needs to move way way faster. I see a supervisor standing around. People moving way too slow. 45 minutes to move through a screening line with only 5 people ahead of me.

This place is constantly under staffed and I almost always have to wait several hours for one donation. Very rarely do I leave satisfied with my experience.

Absolutely horrendous. Staff seems poorly trained, wait times are horrid even with the automated kiosks, and the manager is a prick.
