I picked out a $9.95 TINY little suitcase with a pull out arm from under the mens pants rack, I went to buy it and the woman at the counter took it from me went to an e-bay site and said it was the wrong price and if I wanted it I would have to pay her e-bay price that she was going to list it as. I asked if they purchased the item and were trying to get thier money back and she said no it was donated, I asked for the manager and she said he was in Gunnison and would not be there the rest of the day and that she was the manager today, I then pulled out my phone to video the suitcase/bag she tried to hit my hand to close my cell phone and told me I had to leave the store and could not come back. She had no make up on and was dressed like a guy with shoulder length hair and a stocking cap. I do not know her name, but there are signs everywhere saying they run on volunteer basis, was she trying to get paid while working as a volunteer while the manager was away? Do NOT go to this store, do not donate here, I have for 3 years now and will not do so anymore. I have shopped here SEVERAL times and the purses are hanging from the ceiling and it smells.

Horrible place to shop. Clutter, disgusting selection and horrible sales staff. Will never shop here again. Thankfully the only good thing this place gave me was when I was driving home I was on Laporte between shields and Taft hill and passed another furniture store called National Furniture, which has used furniture as well. I went inside and found my new favorite store. Do not waste your time at eco thrift go to their competitor, better deals better selection.

I had a horrible experience trying to donate several larger-than-my-car items. Good items, mind you, for example a like-new ping pong table. After promising to pick things up and not showing for 2 days, Tony finally came, disgruntled, unpleasant, complaining about all his aches and pains, and being generally rude and disagreeable. I will never do business with this company again.

I have to agree with everything else that has already been said. The service is terrible, the selection is poor, prices are extremely high and shopping is difficult because it is so cluttered. I would not recommend Eco Thrift to anyone. The best thing about them is they recycle electronics which if good for the environment, but they do it for the money.

I agree with Katie. Sometime back I specifically how they donated back to the community and they did not give me a concrete answer -seemed sketchy. There items are way overpriced and them became rude and angry when you tried to bargain with them. I will not be going back. Owners, please revise your business conscience!

Great selection of stuff; I usually go for hard goods (ie. kitchen ware, tools, hardware...) they usually have interesting things. But it is a little pricey. usually at or just above the limit of what i would pay. sometimes they will make a deal for you.

If you like to dig at a thrift store this is the place. A little bit of everything is here. I never leave without findinv something I cant live without. Visit and have fun!

I have found some really great items here! Unfortunately the prices have gone up... a lot! I prefer to shop at some of the more reasonable shops around town.

Eco thrift is great. It took awhile after they moved to get things in place but they got it going on now.
