PC crafty

I have lived in many states and shopped as well as donated to many Goodwills, this store in particular impressed me. I walked in and was greeted right away. I also made note the cleanliness of the store which was amazing because I have walked in to some that the smell took your breath away. The staff were friendly and the store was presented well. Clothes were organized not only by style but by color. This was a HUGE WOW factor for me. I recently donated a few bagsnof clothes and that experience was also as pleasant and it was easy. The drop off did have a large semi blocking it (as someone mentioned inna comment before) but there was so much parking available that I took my things in instead. I would of loved to see more furniture selection but over all this store got a 2 thumbs up from me.

Very difficult to get too on the corner of the plaza. In addition to that there was a large semi truck blocking the drive thru the day my husband and I dropped off our donations so there was alot of congestion in traffic because it was in the midst of everyone doing their spring cleaning.

Small selection of everything that arent clothes. Store is mostly clothes. Also just a small store in general, not spacious. There are much better goodwills all around here.

A large Goodwill with minimal furniture options. The majority of their merchandise is clothing. All clothing is organized by color, style and not size.

This is one of the smaller Goodwill stores in Jacksonville. The customer service could be better. Not too much of a selection as far as furniture.

Glasses said 4 for 1.00 but the clerk said only if says so on glasses ..so confusing..
