We went to Hyundai City to look at the Hyundai Tucson. We were met by Marc Dinetz. Marc asked us if we had any questions about the vehicle and then proceeded to give us an overall overview of the vehicle. Afterwards he took us on an extensive 25 - 30 minute test drive. When we got back Marc went over all the safety and convenience features of the vehicle with us. We then asked Marc if we could take the Hyudai Elentra Sport for a test drive, Marc gladly obliged and took us for another 25 - 30 minute test drive and went over the safety and convenience features of the Elentra Sport. We told Marc that Hyundai City was the first dealership we came to test vehicles and that we would like to go to Honda and Toyota to test drive their vehicles so that we could have something to compare to. Marc told us that we would be back to Hyundai City. Sure enough two weeks later after going to different dealerships and test driving their vehicles we came back to Marc at Hyundai City. The main reason we came back to Marc and Hyundai City is because of the easy going and friendly attitude that Marc has, he spent at the very least 3 to 4 hours with us going on test drives with multiple vehicles and going over the features of each and every vehicle, he never rushed us or pressured us into buying anything and was always eager and extremelly patient in answering all our questions. We bought a Hyundai Sonata Sport from Marc and the entire process from start to finish was pleasant. We would highly recommend Marc Dinetz to our family members annd friends.

As a first car buying experience i had been to several Dealerships test driving different vehicles. At Hyundai City however i had the fortune to meet Marc Dinetz. The man is very professional, very knowledgeable and even personable. He showed me all of the available features of the car i had expressed interest in, and took me for a 5 mile test drive down a highway a smooth road and bumpy road a winding road and even had me go into a parking lot to do a U-turn to test the cars turning radius. Afterwards when we sat down to make a deal he helped me pick the appropriate car for my money, and after all the numbers came in let me make my decision without any pressure at all. After all was said and done he helped me link my cell phone to the car and gave me a more detailed explanation of different things. Even now i can pick up the phone night or day (within working hours ofcourse) and he will help me with any questions i may have. If you are going to Hyundai City to make a purchase or lease, Speak to Marc and no one else for a premium auto buying experience.

Love the car, disliked the experience at Hyundai City A LOT. Every time i thought we had agreed upon something, that something changed, (the car and features that i thought i was getting turned out to not be true - and that was after i showed up to pickup the car and finalize the deal). I had a very inexperienced sales person, who was a very nice person, but could not manage the deal alone (and he received very little support during the purchasing process). To their credit, the sales manager, Nick, jumped in at the end and rescued a very bad situation; however, the damage of 7 days of mismanagement had been done at that point. I would highly recommend to anyone that they buy the Santa Fe Sport 2.0T (a great vehicle) ...From ANOTHER DEALER

My salesperson, Randy Taft, was very low pressure and professional. Both himself and the sale manager, met my asking price with very little hassle. I was in and out in 2 hours with no stress at all. Even the finance manager was professional and respectful. He only asked and offered some extended warranty options once and when I declined, he did not pushed a second time and respected my decision to decline. I shopped all the other local Hyundai dealers in my general area, and Hyundai City was the ONLY dealer with such a low pressure, laid back approach, which was greatly appreciated.

Our Experience at Hyundai City was relaxed, productive and fun. We wanted a new Santa Fe and Liz on the internet helped us get it. She worked hard an answered all my questions and convinced us to come up to her dealership and she set up a meeting with Mark Manning in sales who gave us an informative test drive and Nick their boss worked up some great numbers.......and not once did we feel pressured ! Went in for a check-up and recall, dropped off keys and told the receptionist I was walking next door to the diner for breakfast, and would return shortly, I had JUST received my bill when my phone rang, it was the receptionist telling me my car was ready!
