I purchased a home intercom system out of the glass display case by the register. At the time of purchase the clerk told me it would not be out for sale if it did not work. The manager stated there is a sign on the back wall clearly stating no returns. There was no sign posted on the glass case where I bought it from and if there is it was covered with other items they were trying to sell. Well it did not work and I tried to return it and no credit was given. At first a store credit was offered until the manager stepped in and said no. I offered to take the store credit that I offered to spend that day, right then. No Credit was given. A misunderstanding worth $13.24 is worth more than keeping customers of 12 years. For 12 years now I’ve purchase and donated to this store and in one day for $13.24 they lost my business and everyone else’s that I can share this story with. North Fort Myers Resident.

This is the closest location to my home, therefor I frequent it often. (I even have a nick name, due to what the majority of my purchases are lol.) I always find it to be well organized and staffed with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people.

Nice, well lit, clean location. Not so big as some but pleasant and easy to shop. Friendly staff. Employee kindly informed me that teachers also get discounts on Tuesday with teaching ID!

The Manger at this location hates his job and the local community I when to buy toys for disadvantage children I ask the Manger of he acted discussed and told me to go to another location
