I used to love this place it was great! But I will not be going here ever again. I went in today at 1130 5/27/2016. As I was walking around the two ladys up from were complaining non stop about having to work. "we should just not show up and say we thought it was a three day weekend" and so on and so forth over and over about how they wish the store was not open and on and on and on to a point that it was annoying. A woman brings up a beat up broken and dirty toy with her child. and says "I think that this is mis-priced it says $50.00. and the lady up front she was writing down prices on stuff. Snaps and I say snap because she was very very rude about it. NO Its a vintage toy. So the customer says oh that seems really over priced... SO the worker says in a very loud and mean tone "well some people just cant afford vintage toys for the kids". So the woman and here child storm out. So I go to a corner shelf and I am just testing the waters now. I say can you guys do any better on this corner shelf? She snaps at me as well "NO its already 25% off and it has a light and everything!" (it was 59.99) I say I can buy a brand new one for that price you guys cant go any lower for this used corner shelf? she says "go do that then" So I chuckle and say ok then Wal-Mart is right across the street I can get one there for half the price and its new. I guess getting all this free used stuff must have a TON of overhead. She snarls " THATS THE PRICE THAT WE CHARGE". Like I said I used to like this place till I met this lady. She is clearly marking things up way to much and getting angry when no one wants to pay it

Wonderful nice people. The food I was given was what I would call junk food, crackers, candy, cereal. There were a few cans of soup and ravioli but most of these expired over a year ago, one can of clam chowder expired in 2009. Yes my family was very hungry but I can not feed my kids food that is going to give them food poisoning. I know that the food at St Vincent is probably donated. However the people who donate the food should look at the expiration dates, just because someone is going through a hard time and needs help does not mean they should have to get food poisoning in order to eat. I believe St Vincent is probably a great program, this is my first time using them and I pray I am not in a situation to have to ask for help again.

Meh. Although this thrift store supports a good cause, and the staff is friendly, this location feels like a half-hearted garage sale. Donate the stuff to Goodwill already, say a prayer to St. Anthony, and call it a day.

Best St. Vincent around. Amazing sales and really reasonable Furniture pricing. Also, every Wednesday all the clothing is 99 cents!! Great place and friendly staff
