plan on being there 2 to 3 hrs. your first time can take as long as four hrs. on my second donation it took 30 minutes to get hooked up from the time i hit the table. then the technician did hit the vein good and left me with a huge bruise for 2 weeks. if you dont want to wait long come when there not as busy. I was told the third time i came that something was unacceptable with my protein but the tech couldnt tell me what the problem was or how to fix it. my guess is was because I didnt eat before I gave that morning or maybe I was a little low on iron. also check your card before you leave they didnt have my money on my card the last time I gave.

I go here regularly and continue to have good experiences. The staff are friendly and do recognize people who come in often. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because they pay based on weight. I am a smaller woman, so I am not able to make as much money. Other plasma centers I have been to pay evenly across the board.

I’m the staff is very friendly. The first process is a little time consuming but that has been at every plasma donation center I’ve been to. The lady in the front is very funny and made the process worth while. A young man in theee back works very hard and he is very fast. I will recommend all of my family here

I dont even want to give one star. This place sucks. Not only have i waited a hour an twenty minutes on the bed to get stuck but if i go another day waiting hours to not getting paid for the second time not getting my 15 dollar bonus for the month again. I will NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN.
