Brought my elderly parents there yesterday because Monday holidays are 50% off, and they really wanted to go and shop. When we got there I asked an associate if there was a sale that day. I was told that Columbus day is not a big enough holiday!! What? She looked at me like I was crazy! In the paper that morning listed as closed on Columbus day ....October 13, 2014: Schools Municipal and federal offices United States Post Office Public libraries (CLAMS services, online lending available) Banks Federal & municipal offices considered this a major holiday!! So deedless to say I had two very dissapointed 90 year olds to deal with:( I was told at a Conn. Savers that all Monday holidays are 50% off.

I went there with a friend and we lost track of time, but it was a few minutes before closing when an associate walked up to us and rudely told us that they were closed and it meant we start heading up to the registers. Normally, I thought stores had to make announcements for this. This woman was screaming at all their customers to either head up to the registers, or to get out from across the store. She even told people who had just walked in that she would call security, right when the store closed. Poor customer service, and my first time going there. I understand the frustration of late customers, but I am appalled at the treatment.

Brenda was very rude and from the beginning had an attitude with my grandma and I, she must have been having a bad day but that gives her no right to be disrespectful to customers telling them that "shes not in the mood" she is an older woman and then didnt even wrap up our glass vase and when she gave us the price she seemed very angry. Will never come back because of that ! Thats insane never met someone rude in savers and ive been at many many savers. Cant believe the disrespect

Pretty good place, nice that they donate some funds back to the Epilepsy foundation. They accept most items, no things that you or your children play on sit in etc they do not take as a donation. They also give a little to you for your donations, depending on how much you bring in they will give you a discount card with different amounts on it. Probably the best place to buy kids clothes because they grow so quickly. I suggest going and checking it out.

Store is large and has lots to choose from but they are overpriced at least on the clothes. Thrift stores claim they are non profit organizations but learned real fast how to mark up designer clothes. Be sure you know what the item is worth retail and make judgement on item by condition and price. I have been to thrift stores all over the country and this is by far the most overpriced.

Manager/Assistant Manager Dustin was extremely rude to me when I was off to one side packing my own purchases. The store was extremely busy so I took my items aside to properly pack (breakables)when he rudely ask me to move. I had one more item, but he would not let up. Extremely bad customer service!! He should be fired!!

Better selection than other Savers overall. But as far as clothes, I have found better prices at online consignment shops. I have found this Savers to be pricier as far as books as well than buying secondhand at a library or other secondhand bookstore.

This is a super sized thrift store. It does not take consignments. They have a changing inventory of clothing, furniture, glassware and even some jewelry. The clothing is the biggest part of the store with home furnishings also well stocked.

Savers in Plymouth has a great selection. I love finding stuff with the tags still on. $56 pants for $8.49!! Only complaint is that the lighting is horrible over the drrssing rooms.

Was a sale day which I love. Dressing room area was chaotic, line was not orderly, attendant was there but was not monitoring 6 item limit. Dressing room needs more light

Prices on clothing has been jacked up over the last few months. Many items are over retail price!!!! This is the most expensive thrift store I have ever been to
