Well from just the phone call to this place this morning was enough to be glad I did not take my plasma there! I called to get information on what they needed in proper forms on proof of residency and the man was very short with me and rude. I asked him to please give me proper information and he said he was transferring me to the manager and I remained on hold for over 20 minutes and no one came to the phone. I filed a complaint on line and still no feedback from that. I would drive 30 minutes longer to go somewhere else.

Great place. The staff is really friendly and they help make the whole process very simple. From my first time there ive enjoyed every visit, and ive been donating for a couple months. Just be patient when youre there. Sometimes the lines get long but they are doing their best to keep the lines moving. They want your donation.

Wonderful, even the most seasoned nurses have trouble with my veins but the staff here has never had a problem. They make you feel as comfortable as you can be with a needle in your arm. They have always made sure I understand everything and are more than happy to answer all my questions

The phlebotomists can be hit or miss (no pun intended). The lines are always long. They do give a good amount of money for your time, you just need to know how to work the system to prevent fees. Definitely worth the time, despite the frustrating lines.

This place is nice for a quick buck but they are not very well trained. The last time i went there they messed my vein up in my left arm, huge blood bruise for a month. All they said was let me do your right arm now lol and have your 15 bucks

Horrible people. Snobby and just not professional. Everyone is unethical and need a attitude adjustment. If I could give zero stars I would. Just go to Biotest in Clemson. Way Nicer all around.
