Takes at LEAST 3 - 4 hours every time I go. At the CSL PLASMA it takes that the first time and about a hour and a half every time after. Which is why CSL PLASMA is way better! In every way possible. One time this lady forgot to post my money because she was so busy flirting with a guy that was another patient so I had to come back the next day and get them to post it for me, ONE HELL OF AN INCONVENIENCE!!!! They are all VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Talk about everything but work, walk around wasting time instead of getting their job done in a timely manner. WTF!!!???? Ridiculous how awful the service is there!!! Constant turnover ratio for employees. See new ones every month and old ones gone at the same time. Always short on employees also.The only reason i give them one star is because of the money, which you have to check your card before you leave every time or you might be without it til the next day! #SAD

Aboslutly horrible, both arms are bruised, i was left laying in the chair for 30 mins excatly, while the machine was not flowing. the process for me took 2.10 hours from getting into the chair to leaving the chair. I will never return there. the employees appear to not care about thier work. They work with blood born pathenagins, so i would think they would care about what they are doing. I could be wrong. I give one star for having a location, but thats it.

Ghetto employees are more concerned about when they are taking their breaks rather than moving the donors along quickly. The process for new donor takes about 4 to 5 hours even after being told it only takes 2. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. A lot can be changed with this donation center. Nothing is professional about it.

Employees do not change their gloves from person to person. They are in contact with blood and they are more worried about protecting themselves than protecting the people who are donating.

Horribly the slowest center on earth. Was there OVER 3.5 hours and still did not have a needle in my arm. Always an excuse but never solution.
