Never go here if your a local!!! We reserved our full size car a week ago. And we get here to pick it up...and watch. 2 people drive off in the car we reserved!! Then they tried to pass off midget compact car. For a full size to us!? Which was not what we reserved!! Then. The guy tries telling us that there is no other cars available to rent in the city!! That this was our only option....so I called the airports office they had. Oh and guess what. They have as many full size cars as we need!!! And while this was happening to us. They did the same thing to another couple sitting next to us. Oh and let me point out that us and the other couple having issues had one thing in common. The other guy and I are both Mexican!!! Just sayin. Needless to say. Both of us left there with no car and went to another rental place all together since they had left such a bad taste in our mouths!!! NEVER AGAIN!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Dirty, smelly cars with broken dash controls. That happened at least in 3 rentals. Overcharged me for gas (it was 1/2 gallon short, they charged me for 2 gallons). They never return my phone calls when I ask for a specific car, although they promise to let me know "as soon as possible." That also happened 3 times. I would get impatient and go down there in person. Lo behold, they will have the car I wanted. They are always eager to get you into a car but will make you wait half an hour for a ride home when you return one. Will be going to Budget and Hertz from now on.

We rented a Dodge Dart for our extened trip. The gas mileage was great, but the comfort was lacking. The seats were made of such rough fabric that my wife and son had carpet burns on their elbows and the backs of their knees from trying to sleep on them. They were also a harder foam that is not conducive to long distance driving. I will be back to Enterprise because or their great rates and outstanding customer service, but i will spend the extra money for a more comfortable ride. Lesson learned on my part. Thank you Enterprise for making my trips less stressful.

Last weekend rented a toyo corolla on their weekend special rate and wow got great mileage . Scott the office branch manager helped me with all the details and made sure that everything went according to plan., Very personable guy and he made sure that I was picked up and returned back home in a very convenient and efficiently [no long waiting] ..hassle.. Everyone in office seemed up beat all revved up and eager to please . Their prices are good for what you get . Better than Budget by a country mile . thank you Scott .

I have mostly had good experience with Enterprise. For my last rental not so much, had to wait for the car to be cleaned to begin with. My trip was fine though. I had a one way rental, dropped it off the same day after refueling. I was charged for 3 hours of usage after drop off time which was the next day and charged for gas the costs of which added up to more than the original rental. I spent a fair amount of time on the phone sorting it out. Always check your receipt!

They were the nicest, cleverest young me I have ever encountered at any Car rental. They were fast, efficient, and honestly fun and funny. I was served and out in under ten minutes, twice during our Christmas visit. Every one of those young gentlemen in Medford Oregon was a pleasure, including the young man who drove us to the home where we were staying in Phoenix, Oregon where we were staying on our return of the final rental car.

I love the pickup and dropoff policy. I have used Enterprise 3 times the last 4 months and they have always come through for me. Very pleasant people to work with. I have had my truck worked on in two different cities and their location to Ford dealerships was great. I will continue to use them wherever I am located. Thanks to an awesome bunch of people!!!

Rented a car in Medford Or.When I arrived at the airport at midnight ,tried to rent a car ,none available ,same story at the other car rentals.I did not have a reservation .In the morning called the Court st. location in town.They had a return car cleaned and ready to go in an hour. Called me a few days later to see if I was happy with the car. Real service!

The only downside to our experience was having to return the car at the end of the rental period. It was amazing and an amazing price. The online booking was a breeze and the people at the office were fantastic. It was so fast at both pickup and drop off. Made me want to rent more often. Thanks Enterprise (Medford) for making our vacation that much better.

Everybody was very helpful. The staff was very respectful and polite. I definitely recommend this business. I recommend take any taxi cab from the airport just a couple miles down the road to this Enterprise, it is about $7 and it is definitely worth the money to take a taxicab there. That is what I do when I fly in.

I had the best experience at this location. The manager is great, he knew I needed a vehicle large enough to carry a wheel chair in the back, so he set one aside for me. I rent a car of van about once a month and all of the employees at this location have been friendly and helpful.

Kinda slow.. had to use off airport site because every time I fly to Medford usually once a month they never have cars avaliable at the airport location And I had even reserved a car only 3 miles or so from airport or a $13 cab ride. No Uber

They were absolutely amazing. Our rental got a completely flat tire about an hour after getting it. Derrick and Ashley work together to get our tire fixed despite not having the rental insurance. They were so amazing and accommodating!!!
