Disappointed first time shopper at this location. I came in to this store Friday 9/29 before noon. One of the items I was purchasing had a ticket price of 2.99 but when I went to the cashier to pay she made an excuse to take the item to the back...in fact she took two items i was purchasing to the back stock room. She finally returns after doing who know what with a new price ticket of 6.99 and said the box was 6.99 without any apology but a reason that someone must of switched the price ticket. I was so taken aback and embarrassed that I felt accused of this so I ended up purchasing the item for 6.99 without a disagreement. But got home reeling with anger and disgust that they would do this to a customer who innocently is purchasing an item with said price. I will now have to tell everyone I know not to ever shop at this location and will do my best to make it known how displeased I am with this supposed non-profit entitiy.

The goodwill its self is good, clean, and stock well but the employees and so called managers are the biggest jerks ever. Employees are rude/unhelpful/pointless and the managers are never there when you need them. And when you finally find them they got one thumb in their mouth and the other thumb up their ass!!!!

One of the better stores in San Antonio. A little higher priced for some things, but compared to the Goodwill stores I used to go to when I lived in Phoenix, all SA Goodwill stores are a bit pricey. Still, good stuff here and your money serves a good cause!

The selection is very good regarding clothes, furniture, toys, china, etc. I found 2 nerf guns for 1$ each and clothes for a 6 year old. The staff were very kind and the location was clean. Will visit again.

This is the place I go for work clothes. Im on a tight budget and cant afford 50-60 dollar shirts and pants from jcpennys and macys or kohls. Staff is good quick to help..they keep this place clean.

Absolutely love the low price on toys WISH the frying pans and other cookware were cheaper (trying to make a home center @ work) ugh and the throw pillows (way too pricey!)

I thought goodwill was there to have cheaper items and not leave the original price tag on and then price it higher. Might as well go to Walmart and buy this at full price!

Most of my visits to this Goodwill result in a reasonable find. You have to be willing to take the time to look. Today I found a decoration for the house. Yay!
