I went in to Telecris on Bragg Blvd on July 1st and waited 4 hours till my appointment at 1pm. I get through to the physical exam and the lady begins to ask questions about my questionnaire from earlier. I informed her that I get allergy shots every 2 weeks from allergy partners of Fayetteville. She told me that i would need a letter stating that donating plasma will not affect my shots. She never mentioned or gave me a form to have signed. I tell my allergy place that I need the form and they want to know why and exactly what the letter needs to state, so I give them the number to call Telecris. My allergy place calls back saying that they will not and can not speak over the phone about anything concerning me. How do they expect to communicate with other providers if they can not talk over the phone, especially if I give permission to do so? I then call myself and the lasy tells me that the letter must state what medication is in the shots as well as if it will have any effect on me donating. I call my allergy place and find out that i need to pay $25 for a letter signed by my doctor and I do so. I then call Telecris to tell them that the form will be faxed shortly and the lady I speak to tells me that I need a form. Now, this is my first time hearing about this form so I am already mad that I paid $25 for the letter that I do not even need. She then places me on a 30 MINUTE WAIT while she looks for the form. I give her my fax number and hang up and I never receive the form. I call back 3 days later and I spoke to a supervisor name Hailey who also fails to fax me the form. She also tried to email it to me (as i suggested it) and I never receive that either. I call back multiple time to speak to her only to be told that she has left the building. My allergy place will not refund my $25 and I now have to go in person to get the form. I am very frustrated with the lack of organization with this company, especially when all I am trying to do is donate. I find it ridiculous how many times I have called and how long the wait time has been each time i have been placed on hold. Furthermore, the most infuriating thing about the situation is the fact that the physician doing my exam did not even know or care to tell me about this form which could have saved me from all this trouble from the beginning. Now I am out $25 for no reason at all.

The front counter staff is rude and neglects to tell you why you are waiting. I came in on my second donation with a VIP pass given to me after going through the new donor process. I expected to come in and proceed to the kiosk immediately but instead 11 people who entered the door after me one by one were called up but me. Wondering why I who had a VIP pass was not being seen I got up to ask, before getting A chance to ask I get told to sit down. At this point my patience was gone. After another 15 minutes passed I was finally called up and able to make it to the back. Most of the staff is friendly, the majority of them will brighten your day but after the way the woman at the front counter handled things ruined the whole visit for me. Not Only did she allow multiple people to go ahead of me who arrived after I had she also was joking around with some of them while maintaining a cold demeanor towards everybody else. If I have to deal with her first every time I come in here then after this donation I will not be returning

Do not go here...their staff isnt properly trained...I HAVE PERMANENT NERVE DAMAGE IN MY ARM WHERE THEY STUCK ME....MY ARM CONSTANTLY TINGLES ALL DAY DUE TO TGE NERVE DAMAGE...AFTER I SAID I DONT WANT TO GO THROUFH WITH IT THEY SAY WELL MAMM I HAVE TO GIVE YOU YOUR BLOOD BACK SO THEY PROCEEDED TO STICK MY LEFT ARM TO GIVE ME MY BLOOD BACK AND DID NOT STAY BESIDE ME TO STOP THE MACHINE AFTER THAT STEP SO IT FINISHED THE FULL ROUND OF PLASMA DONATION....PLEASE DONT GO THERE ITS NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND SUFFERING...

Well the staff is very friendly when I went in the first time to be a donor on august 20th. The lady input my Social Security numbers wrong. I called back numerous time and each time I get a different answer. They are telling me corporate needs to fix it and it can take anyway from 1 week to 30 days. Now when I make a mistake I take ownership of my mistake and will go the extra mile to correct it. Nobody at this place wants to go the extra mile. hopefully when this get resolves I can post a review for 5 stars.

The staff are nice enough but they allow themselves to get caught up in their conversations with donors and each other. Finished donating at 9:18. Have to wait for them to take down 2 others before me. The guy across from me goes into his last return at 9:29. Despite me telling the staff member that i was done looooong before him, he leaves before me. I like that they have fun with their job but be a little more professional and aware.

This is my 5th and last time I will come here. I have only been able to donate 3 times. They have cheap ass blood pressure cuffs that twice has been unable to detect my blood pressure. After waiting several hours it pisses me off because they turn me away because they get an error code on the cuff. They need to invest in manual blood pressure cuffs, because I obviously have a blood pressure. I told them I would never be back...

Since they have switched to having everyone sign in and then getting a chance to go to the kiosk....it has made me not want to go...i wait longer than what it takes me to donate. They need to go bk to letti g us go to the kiosk as we come in. Afterall, if no one os ay the counter, some people go to the kiosk anyways and get called up before anyone else who had been waiting...they need to re-evaluate the process again.

Staff is friendly, facility is very clean, and the process is relatively fast. Keep in mind that only donors are allowed to remain within the building as there are times where the wait room has high volumes of traffic. They have been very reliable concerning payment after donations, most of the time within 30 minutes after donating. I have never had an issue with this location.

I have been coming here quite frequently for almost a year now, everyone here has always been friendly to me. The fascility is always clean. If you come at the right time (early afternoon) the wait is almost nonexistent. The staff are almost always in a great mood and will discuss and correct any issues (within their power of course) you may have. 10/10 recommend. :)

The staff up front is stuck up most the time when you call they stick you on hold and forget about you they would rather talk amongst themselves then answer the phone and then always give misleading info when asked most of them get paid a check for completely nothing.

Staff is friendly and very helpful, everything is done with sterile equipment and the plasma donation itself seems very safe. The screening process takes FOREVER so if it is your first time going, commit atleast 3 hours of your time for your first donation day.
