Very professional explained everything to where you could understand it. Jeanette was very personable and made you feel like you where her friend a part of the family a sense of trust and being taken care of. You dont see this often anymore and I have been to several Harley dealers across the US all are good but Abernathys has always had a unique feel about them just like you are walking in at home. Thats why i drove 3 hours out of my way to do business with them and I will always drive 3 hours to do business with them. Danny Mac my salesman I cant say enough good things about him he was very patient with me and it seemed like he knew what I was looking for. I look forward to seeing my family again real soon, Thank you Abernathy Harley!!

Awesome dealership! Excellent customer service! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Gina made it a smooth transition for me to pick my bike up after ordering it while overseas and Daniel White gave me a great run down on my bike and all the functions of it. Trent (parts dept) is always helpful when I call to order parts and makes great recommendations. Harold (service dept) does a great job making sure my bike is well taken care of and stored in their warehouse while I work overseas. Has even emailed me pictures of my bike with my upgrades completed. Just an all around excellent staff!

“I bought my 2013 Street Glide from Danny Mac over the phone, the sales manager gave me a trade in offer that was over the trade blue book trade in price, all this without ever seeing my motorcycle. Then, to top it off, NO DOC FEES!!. I saved $1,500.00 on the bike. Now I enjoy a ride to Union City for my scheduled maintenance services. The service department are experts. They are not high pressure salesmen, they take their time and do it right. I always get offered a wash and they always test drive it before I get it back. What can I say? Abernathy is Awesome! I wish you had 6 Stars!

Always over the top with whole staff! All quality people with never a bad experience there. Had a wreck this year totaling my bike and I had to have surgery. Staff there reached out to me while I was in ER. Never a question for me after that for sure. They went above and beyond helping me deal with Ins Co and have since bought 2 bikes from them.
