I recently purchased my Jeep Patriot from Femi at this Dealer and I am very Happy!! He explained everything in the Jeep to me and took me into the Service Dept. and introduced me to Mike my service advisor...My Entire experience from the sales managers coming over to introduce themselves Mauricio and Gus to my professional Salesman Femi has been 5 STARS!! I Highly Recommend this Dealer, including to my family members...who just recently bought a used car and a used Harley Davidson there...and they are very happy too...Trust me I will buy more cars there and I will have all my service done there. I met the Service Manager Joe and he is a pleasant man to talk to and he told me if there was any problems, Just to let him know and he will take care of it. I went to Dodge Chrysler Jeep City after researching and visiting many dealerships as I started my quest for a used or new Chrysler or Dodge van. Dodge City was the only dealership in my life that after looking at the vehicles did not take your name and phone number after you left. I should not have visited other dealerships since this is our third vehicle purchased from the City dealership. I could have saved so much time! The sales team is 5 star. Polite, no pressure and made the purchase fun. Best price right from the start and even found more discounts we qualified for even after they met our price mark. I purchased a new Pacifica that was only a couple thousand more than used vans with 30,000 plus miles on them almost out of warranty. I recommend Dodge Chrysler Jeep City to all my family and friends!

First time I have ever bought a car via the internet. liz Petnicki, my online sales rep was great - answered all of my questions quickly and precisely. No hassles. No headaches. Just great service and I eventually bought my 2017 Dodge Durango Citadel. I am from Orando - the car was in N.J. Flew to N.J. Was met at the Philadelphia airport by my "on property" sales rep - Joe Hernisey...he picked my up in the vehicle I was buying. He took be through all of the paperwork and then educated me on all of the electronic nuances of the car. Great help. Even Liz cam by the showroom to meet me - that was cool. Anyway, great experience. I got in the car and drove it home to Orlando. Excellent experience all around.

Great experience from start to finish! My salesman, Greg, was friendly and found the right car to suit my needs. I never felt pressured to buy, and I am in love with my new Jeep Cherokee! They have a fantastic option to purchase a package for future service needs. For someone like me, the convenience of pre-paid oil changes is great--I can finally break ties with those terrible chain store oil changes. This is the only place to buy a car! We are on our 5th from them personally and our family as a whole has purchased over 10 different vehicles from City Auto. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with...there is none of that typical car dealership bu****it. They give you the price..work with you on financing and you re done. Zero stars...service department ...they erase bad comments and keep good ones on here. ..loner cars are from enterprise and you end up in a subcompact car ,when you take your full size truck in for recalls...I had my review erased so here it is again.Mr cacacazz! Zero regards to costumer with child. After asking for a loner car two weeks in advance when appointment is due. You end up with a subcompact vehicle. .

I had a very good buying experience. Rob Berardi was my salesman. He was very thorough in addressing my questions/concerns and was very knowledgeable, he knows a lot about the cars he sells and I didn’t feel any pressure from him throughout the entire process. He went through all of the features in the car with me and even checked up a few days later to see how things were going. Great customer service!!

I was an employee there, hired and told things by Mike Kelly that where just not true. Misleading, false, and out right lier to a veteran of the US army airborne. He used me until he found a friend he could hire to take my spot. Told me about paying for schooling then changed his mind asking me to pay using my 9/11 funding. If these folks lie to employees, just think what they are telling you. Watch out.

They only want your money. They dnt care about their customers. They are only worry about taking your money. They treat you like a number not a human being. I no longer take my car here for service I drive to burlington to take my care to the kia place. So much nicer. I wished had done a better job of searching for a car. Never again will I buy a car from this place or the Kia in cherry hill.

After reviewing a couple of cars, he steered us in the right direction to something we absolutely loved and got us a great deal. The entire experience was smooth and painless. Shady sales tactics by this dealership, accompanied by unfriendly lazy management made this experience very untrustworthy and poor. I absolutely do not recommend shopping here, unless you like to play the typical "car dealer 101 games" and enjoy wasting time sitting in a small dingy showroom. Go to "Pellegrino" in Woodbury Heights, instead of wasting your time at this dealership.

I do not recommend this dealership. My stepdad had a bad experience with them but I thought I would give them a chance. They told me they would price match another dealership I spent 4 hours there and they then tried to give me a different price. I left and they have been calling for the past 3 days trying to give me the same price. They lost the sale barbera got it
