Awful managers... They stalk you around the store for no reason. They are extremely rude. They are never "available" to talk if you have a complaint. My friend was verbally assaulted by one of the workers and WE were told to apologize. A worker was injured on the job and they refused to pay workers comp even though it was because of awful upkeep. There will be 20+ people in two lines in the middle of the day and they refuse to open more than two registers. They are understaffed and have people working more than what they were hired for. We had things stolen from our vehicle in their parking lot at 11 am and were told, "Tough sh--" from a security personnel. Horrible service, broken and unkept items. I always drive an extra twenty minutes to shop just because of how awful this Walmart is.

Shopped this a.m., checked out and got cash back. Left it there by mistake. Came back immediately and it was gone. David Harris reviewed the tape and saw the person that took it. Gave me my money back. Great personnel and great place to shop. Thanks.

The walmart in Union City Tn is frequently out of various items, often for several days, that the stores in Martin Tn and Fulton Ky will have on hand. The other stores do a significantly better job of inventory management.

Great walmart location. Everything is typically clean and runs well, however my only complaint is the lack of cashiers. There is rarely more than 4 lanes open out of 20+.
