I cannot emphasize enough how amazing my experiences were at this auto dealership! The first time I went there, they bent over backwards to help me, but, my credit was pretty bad, long story, but they were so, so kind to me and I never forgot that. So, moving on a number of years, I went back. I met DJ... D.J. Manning, and this man, he truly went above AND beyond to help me. There is a saying "Bad things happen to good people" ...I know firsthand this to be true. D.J. was so kind to me, and , again, he pulled out every stop he could! He got me approved with a local Credit Union, he said this wee credit union is all about "second chances" ..... and I have always paid my car on time, or early. Then, I wrecked my car

One month after having the my 05 silverado 5.3l the engine blew up.. Then it took them a little over a month to get me a new engine, but discounted me 50% on the cost so i paid $3000 installed, not bad. I bought the truck in September 2015, and now as of July 2016 the transmission is slipping, and mis-shifting badly. Looks like im gonna shell out another couple thousand for a new transmission now. Very upset with the vehicle I purchased. The only reason i gave 1 star is because Fred the service manager provides excellent customer service. I just bought a terrible vehicle.. Beware and bring a mechanic when buying from here, if you have any feeling something is not right about the vehicle, your probably right!!

I just really would like to take the time to thank Kitsap Auto Outlet for the pleasant experience i had when i went to purchase my 13 Grand Caravan. Especially would like to than Mac... He stuck with me through the entire 2 month process it took me to take care of things on my end when my previous car was totaled. I would and have highly recommened KAO to others that are in need of a vehicle. KAO and Mac were aware of my situation and were able to meet my needs financially as well as find a suitable vehicle for my growing family. You guys are amazing! I will be a repeat customer when im ready to trade in!

I had a terrible experience here. I was told that a truck they had was in excellent condition and ready for sale. I drove all the way from Vancouver, Wa , ready to purchase it. The sales guy was a sloppy twenty something who was to lazy to notice that the truck was not only filthy, it had been vandalized. With s $16,000 price tag! A total waste of time and money. They completely lied to me.
