I recently bought my 2004 avalanche here. I really wanted this review to be better but things happened. Within a week of getting the truck the transfer case blew up. Not guarantees fault it was a used truck. I got it towed to my mechanic and i was just going to pay for it all. My wife said to call the dealer and maybe they can help since we just got it and only had 80k miles. They were willing to get it towed and take a look... I thought awesome! We agreed i would pay half the cost up to 1200 to fix it. The whole time they have it i am paying for a rental out of pocket. About a week later we get it back... So excited... I get home and a huge pile of transfer case fluid is in my driveway... Oh no! I find a hole in the muddy used case they put in. Come to find out they put in a used case with twice the miles of my truck. Even the paper i signed said it would be new or reconditioned. It gets towed back the next day and i have to miss work. I get them to promise a new case will be used this time... Took alot of effort to make that happen. Another week and i get the truck back. Its been good now. Im not pissed off but felt really bummed they would give me a used. Uncleaned. Damaged. Case and let me drive off. I have pictures of everything. I called service to ask about the break in on the recon. Case and nobody has called back. My sales guy didnt return my text about the problems. Its been a few weeks and still feel kinda low about the whole deal. Update: 11/15/16 Last week received a call from the CEO, he pretty much told me that it is ok to use old used parts on a truck with half the miles of said parts. I called back to chat but got his secretary and no call back. I am in the automotive industry myself, and when you hand a customer a receipt that says the parts will be new or reconditioned they must be. I have all the proof, receipts, invoices, ect.

ASK EVERY QUESTION POSSIBLE BEFORE BUYING WARRANTY. I bought my vehicle about 6-7 months ago and have had a few issues with it. Whenever I ask questions about my warranty I get the run around “let me transfer you to this person” “uhh let me look into that for you” “well I don’t deal with that so let me get you to the right person”. I am currently on a week to a week and a half wait on a phone call about my warranty and what i thought it covered. Just the communication is a joke. Just recommening either going to a different dealer or seeking different warranty options.

Jon TImmons got us exactly what we asked for - and he did it all in one day!! We called in the morning, he found the truck that had all the bells and whistles we wanted, we went in and did the paperwork, traded in our old truck and drove off with our beautiful new truck that evening!! Jon is skilled and experienced, Robert Sloane in the financial department did a fabulous job, and we are so happy with our new truck!! Thank you so very much Guaranty!!!!

I loved the opportunity to come to guaranty. Not pushy, very friendly and able to answer questions when I had them. The best thing that I have to say is that the sales staff (as I met with 3 of them) worked on my timeline. I must have come to the dealership 5-6 times. I test drove three different cars and test drove the car I got twice. I will come back for our next purchase and I recommend guaranty to everyone I talk to.

The bolts on my engine mount snapped off a couple months after I bought my Chevy Aveo from them. My engine then dropped down and broke my axle. When I called them about it they said some other shop had done lots of work on it and that it was not their problem. Hated the buying experience, cheesy salesmen, hated dealing with them and now will never deal with them again nor will my friends deal with them.

I have bought many cars, motor homes and etc. in my life, but have never had such a pleasant experience as this purchase. They seem to have the knowledge, sweetness, and graciousness. They were so thorough in showing us how to operate our car. Other dealers give us the book, in other words, “look it up yourself”. I have never been a Chevy person but, now I am!

We had a water problem while on the road in our Roadtrek RS from Florida, Stopped and they immediately looked at the problem, determined what they would do, found a place for us to shower at a camp area and then let us camp across the street for the night for free. They repaired the Roadtrek first thing in the morning and we were on the road by 9am..

I was quoted a price on a RV when I was comparison shopping and after extensive research I returned to buy the unit. I was then quoted a price on the same unit only two weeks later that was $11000 higher. You just can not trust the guys to do what they say they are going to do.
