We had to get out from under the park expenses on a 1970 era small mobile home. In the market at the time it was not going to sell. Jorge was nothing but honest, helpful, and patient with us and with the barriers thrown up by the park owner who wanted us to just sign it over to them. If we lived in Yuma this would be my number one donation spot; and their store is extremely clean, organize, and stoppable as well.

Good stock of house furnishings, hardware, paint, new appliances for less than half of new price. Friendly and helpful, they went and looked through the store for the appliance before I drove out. It was missing a knob and they knocked the price down $20.
