CHECKIN EVERY THING YOU WALK IN WITH…. I had bought a walker and crutches there weeks before my surgery. On 8/29/16 I returned using my walker to get from the car to the store. I was looking for shower chair and found one. However I could not carry it with my walker so I put both items in a cart and went to the check out. I explained that I brought the walker in and was just buying the chair. They did not believe me. I said well, check your cameras. The lack of response indicated that they don’t have any. I had the Manager call the previous store clerk that I had just came from. He remembered me and said I certainly did have a walker and that’s why he helped me out with some paint. The Manager then asked the clerk to “describe the walker”. Unreal! I’ve donated thousands of dollars in good items to this chain in many cities over the years. Never will I go there. I even offered to “buy the walker again” it was only $5.

I purchased $38.64 worth of goods. One item I found had no price marked and sales associate Marie refused to just let me have it" a small plate" I could not believe that between three people she asked no body had authority to make me a happy customer. I mean they get all of this via donation in the first place. Unwillingness to help I would strongly discourage anyone from supporting this location. Adam Spak

Overall my wife and I have found some lucky finds at this location it does not have selection of the bigger stores in Colorado Springs or Denver but you have to think about the area and that the store will only have as good of stuff as is donated to them. Just saying.

i actually saved more money going up to denver and getting furniture from a goodwill there. im not sure how you can call yourself goodwill and price gouge items given to you for free. go to a different one if you like saving money

Clean, organized, easy to find clothes and household goods. Kind staff that have assisted me when my son had a meltdown in their store. Really great people with kind hearts to help and hard working mentality. Great combination!

A nice store with clothing and accessories and some household and outdoor items. Occasionally very busy and crowded at certain times. There is a place to read books in the back, or even enjoy some free coffee while you browse.

This is a large store with easy access from I25. They keep the store full as well. Good deals abound, but sometimes they seem to mark up name brand items a little to much. This is not a resale boutique, but a Goodwill store.

This is my favorite goodwill. They have so much stuff! Love the layout, makes you feel like you are in a department store not a thrift shop. Extremely organized. If only all goodwills looked like this.

This is a thrift store? Looks like a botique. No typical second hand items. No tools, sporting goods, hardware of any kind. Serve coffee with used books. Will look elsewhere for second hand bargains.
