One of the worst customer services experiences I have ever encountered in retail. The store is clean most of the staff was great but the male manager "Jim" is very condescending, rude, unknowledgeable and extremely unprofessional. Goodwill helps many find jobs, with their services however, the management in this store is not customer service oriented and does not represent their values. If customer service is Imperative, steer clear.

Decent selection but their prices continue to steadily rise, which seems pretty greedy considering Goodwill receives 100% of their items for FREE via donations, they make millions in profits, and still pay minimum wage to employees. I feel like Goodwill charges just shy of retail prices for many items. Sad. I try to take my business elsewhere

I love shopping at Goodwill they have some nice stuff and at a reasonable prices. The new store manager Christian is doing a great job there managers are great and all deserve a great recognition.

Wide variety of clothing. Has a color of the week which is half off. Friendly staff. Clean dressing rooms. Wide variety of nice home decor but is a little pricey on those items. Clean store.

Good thrift store a little on the small stuff. Quality is high because it is in a great area. The much larger CHKD a block away is a better store but a bit more expensive.

there selection is far from what u think of a typical "thrift store" . name brand clothes with tags still on them most times .. i love this place !!
