I dropped off donations and then went into the thrift store to shop. At the check-out I was told there were no longer Senior Discounts, Special Days or other specials. I was SHOCKED! I donate several hundreds of dollars of items to this organization every year, and have tax records to prove it!! Other thrift stores in Flagstaff offer incentives to donate and purchase at their stores, Guess that is where I will donate and shop!!! They need to rethink this policy , seriously!

Usually has good items, though things tend to be over priced for quality/condition. They have also done away with almost all sales days etc that almost every other area has.

Prices are okay, not great. Staff is helpful, attentive. Quality of clothing and items is about 60-75% depending on the item. Overall, worth it for the half price sales.
