This charity is useless u never get to talk to anyone! I have been try to get help from them for atleast 2weeks!! I left messages over and over. I was told that phone calls ARENT RETURNED from the answering machine!! So why would u even have answering service if your not gonna use it to return calls or help the needy after all that is your purpose!!!

Very helpful organization but never come on time for appointments. Especially for new comers appointments. Have to wait for more than an hour!
