We were scheduled to land in North Bend, OR on August 15th but because of United Airlines mess ups we missed our connection. The closest airport we could get in that day was Medford, OR (3.5hour drive to our destination). Because of the pending solar eclipse there were no rental cars available. I contacted Enterprise at North Bend airport informing them of our situation. Eddy called Medford to locate a car but was unsuccessful. He then reached out to the next location (30 mins away by cab) and secured a car and transferred our reservation to the new location. Eddy demonstrated outstanding customer service!

These individuals take the time to not only walk you through the renting process, but they also are easily approachable people. My experience was great until enterprise asked me for 3 character reference phone numbers and people. I found this incredible intrusive and frankly I was offended. Other then that the service was good. However, because of this experience, I will give them a 3 out of 5 stars.
