I am writing this review to warn customers of misleading sales agents at Enterprise rent a car. Recently I rented two 15 passenger vans for a school field trip. They quoted me a price over the phone that was reasonable and affordable for my budget. I called at least two other times before the rental to double check my reservation and each time we went over the price quote. We rented the vans and they worked fine for the trip. They even printed out an invoice saying that I had been charged what was originally quoted to me over the phone. Now though, weeks later they have billed us double what we were originally quoted. They are now claiming that the price quote was just for one van although I had spoken about this over the phone and the whole time they knew we were taking two vans and not just one. They even printed me the final invoice with just the charge of one van and then just billed our credit card for the second van without even printing the second invoice with the second van charges. This business is not worthy of your patronage as they scammed a non profit school working to erase the achievement gap in Central Oregon out of hundreds of dollars in a pathetic effort to pad their bottom line.

This was my 2nd time renting with Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Bend Oregon. I learned from this Aaron at Redmond Regional Airport that you can still reserve and pick up a car after Midnight, as long as you put your flight number in the reservation request. They will make sure that they are there to greet you instead of having to get a cab service. But because of this mix up they agreed to waive the drop fee at the Airport, and all I had to do was pay the additional day rental. Still cheaper than getting a cab! The staff at the Clay Ave location are awesome, they were at my motel as request at 9 AM and I was on my way in under 15 minutes. There was a mix up on the billing, but it was all taken care of. Not sure if I like the, email receipt versus a printed one. But over all very satisfied, please keep up the awesome job.

While my car was in the shop, I was picked up by a staff member from Enterprise. I have never rented a car before, and the helpful staff was very friendly and more than happy to explain everything to me. The whole process was smooth and worry free. The only comment I have is that they offered me a small two wheel drive car right before a snowstorm hit (It was all over the news, so they should have known...besides, this is bend, you would think they have better cars on the lot to handle the weather), and I ended up getting stuck in the snow nonstop until the snow melted. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and I look forward to renting from them again.

Good people to work with. The car we rented (Infinity Q50) was running on close to maintenance required when I picked it up (oil/filter change, tire rotation) but was told to not worry about it. The car itself BARELY got 33 MPG highway (drove it to California... Cruise control got 31-32 and manual gas control bumped it to 33) I was not impressed at all with those figures, car is comfy though. Will rent from them again, just wont take the free upgrade to the "luxury" car if MPG is important.

Overall fine. I felt that the reason and penalty for issuing me only 1 key was not real. I also did not feel the explanation for the $18.95/day liability coverage was an Enterprise posted policy. The car was fine , however it had a loose panel on the door around the window and created a bothering wind noise for entire trip. The car was delivered dirty. Frank

We had absolutely terrible service at Enterprise. While our 4-wheel drive vehicle was in the auto body shop, we requested another 4-wheel drive car. They showed minimal effort at best to accommodate this request. During several days of dangerous roads we were forced to drive a 2-wheel drive car without snow tires. Would never do business here again.

My SUV went down hard during Snomegeddon so I needed a rental last minute. Eventhough they were about to close for the day, one of the employees, Eric drove across town thru hellasnow to pick me up and spent a good deal of time helping me pick out a suitable vehicle. Outstanding service and very much appreciated the extra effort.

I have used Enterprise at least a half dozen times over the past couple of years. Love this place. They treat me like they want my business, and I really appreciate businesses that think and act on behalf of the customer. This is a five star operation, and I will be back to do more business with them in the future.

Open 7 days a week during late spring and summer. Good variety of vehicles in fleet. Can be more expensive than using RDM Airport location (especially for one-way fees).
