Absolutely terrible customer service. I called ahead to ensure that my rental (provided by insurance while my car is in the shop) would be available if I arrange a ride out there. The agent on the phone said that it was ready and I could come pick it up anytime. I got there about an hour later. When I got to the counter, the agent at the counter said that she had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to call her manager who was just as clueless. They offered to have me just rent a car at full price out of my pocket and suggested they might be able to fix it in the morning, completely disrespectful and unacceptable. The next day I call my insurance company who assures me that everything is set up as it should...

Enterprise at the Redmond OR airport was a big disappointment. I had to wait 3 hours for a car and finally got one two classes smaller with windows dirty enough that the defogger did not work well. Normally, when a rental car company makes a mistake like not having enough staff and not having your car available they apologize and offer either a discount or an upgrade or something to make it better. The Redmond airport staff did none of these things and made it sound like they were doing me a favor by giving me a smaller, dirtier car unreasonably late. The experience was bad enough that I will go out of my way to not use enterprise in the future.
