I am going to just copy and paste a letter I sent to Area Manager.. on Tuesday this week. ************ Hi Matt, In a nutshell, I like to recognize World Class Customer Service when I see it in practice. All too often you hear the talk about "" Customer 1st "" at Regional & National meetings and in TV commercials but all too often the message diminishes over time when Un-reinforced by leadership at all levels. I wanted to pass on my interactions with the team at your Springfield OR facility. Nicole the Manager there has fostered an environment of putting into practice World Class Customer Service values. And this mentorship has proliferated to the team that reports directly to her. In your world like mine transportation plans can change very quickly. On a few occasions there was a high demand for your service and resources were tight. I know this position as I have been there many times over my 32 years with FedEx. It is how you react and relay to the customer what is going on and more importantly what you can offer as a workable Solution. Let me bullet point a few items. * 99% when I rent from your Company all goes as promised. * A few times there were unforeseen events that came up. * Nicole/ Chelsea/ Josh all proactively reached out to advise of a needed itinerary change but more importantly, They continued to reach out to keep me updated. So often a customer service agent says they will get back to you and it never happens. Well this team did get back to me. It was and is a Big Dot Deal: it made me feel like I was the most important person they interacted with during their work day. Nicole and her team have made me feel that I am the most important interaction of their day. This is why I choose to purchase Enterprise services over other choices. Please see that her team gets all the Enterprise Internal Recognition that you are empowered to give. And please give her a High Five from me. She is truly an Asset to your company and a great promoter of your culture and the notion that World Class Customer service that is truly the margin of difference between the competition. I have been renting through enterprise for over 6 years, every year. I have ALWAYS used a debit card. NEVER once have I used (or been forced) to use a credit card or a utility bill (because I have to prove where I live more than my ID?). I was (very rudely) told that I was wrong today (after have given this company 1,000s over the years) and that I was unable to rent a vehicle. Needles to say I am done using not only this outlet but the company as a whole. Great job!

The staff were friendly and helpful, answered all the questions I needed to ask as I had never hired a car in the USA before. Due to the uncertainty of my situation I had to revisit Enterprise in Bozeman and Pueblo before handing the car back in Lexington, Kentucky. At all locations, staff were efficient and helpful, and the amount I was finally charged was accurate as quoted.

I have always used Enterprise for renting a car and have been very satisfied. This year the car we rented needed maintenance shortly after we left. We knew because we were reminded by the car during our entire trip. I would expect that the car would have had this completed prior to rental. Otherwise, the experience was as expected, wonderful.

We have used this location a couple of times and each time they had exactly what we asked for,when we asked for it. The staff are super friendly and easy to work with, not like some of their competitors who can be pushy. Would recommend this location to anyone in need of a vehicle. Thanks Enterprise

My first experience this month did not go well. They did not have the car I ordered and the processing time was so long I was 20 minutes late for my meeting. My second experience was a 5 star. Excellent, fast service and the car was great!
