Very friendly service. The car had some pretty extensive dents on the rear bumper and the seats in the front were badly stained. Be sure to go over the car thoroughly when you pick it up before renting. There was not a large inventory to choose from, so I had to take what I could get. The gas tank was empty so the rep had to take it to the gas station to fill it up before I took the car. The one thing I would have appreciated was to be told the office would be closed on Sunday when I went to return the vehicle. I was not told this nor was I given any instructions on what to do if the office was closed when returning my vehicle. Fortunately, when I went to park the car in the lot indicated on the gate to take it to, the store owner next to the parking lot was outside and he instructed me on what to do. If that person would not have been there, I would have had no idea what to do!

My experience in Eugene, OR was very good. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star is that they took my upgrade coupon when the only car they had available was an upgrade car despite my request for a compact car. They did not offer my upgrade coupon back until I informed them that they would not need my upgrade coupon, which I could use on a future rental. Only then, was the upgrade coupon given back to me. They did honor my gas credit from a previous rental. I had used Hot Wire & was told I could pickup my Enterprise car at the airport only to learn that was not true & consequently it necessitated a $50 roundtrip to & from the airport to an offsite airport Enterprise rental.

Frank, the employee texting in the picture attached, seemed a bit preoccupied with his phone for 7-10 minutes while a separate customer & I patiently waited for assistance. While his two coworkers did step in and help us with the early paperwork process, we still had to wait for Frank to even look up and acknowledge us, finish his texting, and finally come over to do his job. Every past experience with Enterprise has been superb, having rented 30+ times in the past two years (for work), but this location will not be receiving any future business of mine.

Made a reservation more than a week out - when arrived no car available. Even with a confirmation number - the first response was "oh well" after almost an hour a vehicle from across town was located for me, to top it off there was NO GAS in the vehicle so I had to go straight to the station. Once I left and checked me email for the rental contract I noticed they also overcharged me so I had to call in and straighten that out as well. What a great start to vacation. I will never use enterprise again.

I WAS a frequent customer of Enterprise. I needed an SUV rental for a week and called to see what they were going to charge. They quoted me the flat rate I found online. When I asked if there were any specials or any other deals, it was a flat out no. I called two other places who were both willing to negotiate a better price and ended up going with National for almost a $200 savings on the same class of car. Enterprise has lost my business.

Although I had a couple problems in my last rental, after talking to the branch manager, he went above and beyond the level of customer service which I have come to expect and appreciate at Enterprise to make sure I was satisfied. Not only did I appreciate the service, but it caused what was previously a negative experience, become the reason that I will continue to use Enterprise for car rentals in the future. Thanks again

Fantastic customer service! They were very accommodating and helpful. The manager, Zach, and the rest of the people at this location were awesome. They really went above and beyond to make sure that my rental was as stress free as possible. Rented a Chrysler 200, nice car very high tech. When driving at freeway speeds and heavy rain it leaked badly, looked like the sealant was defective in the top corners on both sides following the upholstery seams, on the door pillar and dripping on my arm and leg. The front end vibrated when braking from 65 to 55. Below 55 it was fine. I use Enterprise several times a year and this was unusual

Enterprise charges far too much money. I had to go through them because I get a discounted rate through my insurance company- they charged me the weekly rate AND a 200 deposit, which cleared my bank. I needed it for three extra days and they want to charge me more money! What is the deposit for? Ridiculous- I have never had this much hassle while renting a car.

Great staff! Got there just as they were closing - when I booked online, it did not mention the closing time was the same time I had reserved the pick up if the vehicle. They were so gracious and took care of us, gave us our vehicle, ensuring the documents were correct and got us on our way. The vehicle was clean and easy to go.

Very friendly and helpful employees at this Enterprise location. Paperwork was completed quickly and accurately. Pickup and drop off services were provided in a timely manner with a smile (but you do need to call ahead to let them know you will need these services). Highly recommended!

Car was not at the airport when I arrived....its clear across town. You have to pay someone to take you to get your car. Average is 23 dollars. Once there there were no problems and customer service was good. Just be aware of where the car your getting is at.

My car was available when I arrived. The free upgrade was available :-). The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was nice but not clean. And it would have been a beautiful car if it was washed and had the seats, dash wiped down.
