These people are the biggest joke ive ever been the displeasure of visiting. The first time i attempted to donate plasma i was turned away because i didnt have a piece of mail that verified my adress so i went to the bank n printed up my account that had my adress on it was refused because it wasbt processed by the federal post office ( awful funny the dmv take it) tried the very next day was seen by everyone brought 4 pieces of mail just in case so other bs would come up which it did i had some dried sky on my arm from where im a welder and both my forearms have tatoo sleeves the lady said i was lying about my last tat cause the ink looked fresh all my tats are over a year old so i was told come back next month so while waiting for my wife to come pick me back up i got kick out the office because the empty waiting room they had that i was waiting patiently in i was told is for people who are going to be seen it was empty and theres a total of 30 spots these people do not care about you or any common curtesy i suggest yall go see some sketchy guy behind walmart before coming to these quacks

I tried to go there 3 times now but was turned away. The 1st it was my fault I had on a long skirt but for some reason they couldn’t do the exam bc I didn’t have pants on ok whatever. The last two times I was turned away “bc they was not taking any more donors for the day”. I got there at 1 pm they close at 7 how are u not taking anymore donors for the day? Sounds like they didn’t wanna work. Doubt I’ll try a 4th time. I’m just going to go to the other place since this place clearly don’t want me.

I absolutely love donating at octapharma plasma! I have been donating plasma for 7years. 5Years with octapharma. I love the clean facility. Friendly staff. I love walking in and being greeted by Demetria. Shes fun and energetic. She makes a bad day better. They have an awesome rewards program called OPI rewards. The more you donate the more rewards you get. I have NEVER had a bad visit or experience at OPI. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONATING PLASMA AT OCTAPHARMA!!!

Its a nice place wit even nicer people only thing that really grinds my gears is there are only two booths and 100 damn people and for the new donors they get to cut the line is another thing i cnt stand but overall nice people
