We brought our daughter there to pick out a cat. Customer service on the floor was OK. Once at the counter we were very disappointed in the attitude and the customer service we received. Also called ahead of time and were told prices only to find out the cost was much more. Over all disappointed and we left there without adopting a cat. We will not be returning nor would we recommend this SPCA.

This place is way to small for all they take in leading to them having to stack animals everywhere and general overcrowding. I got a kitten from here not realizing that they were keeping infected animal right next to two crates of kittens. The kitten I got ended up having ring worm and infecting my other cat.

They should not charge people to surrender animals, as this encourages dumping. However, they have helped me during a critical time, and for that I thank them.
