I swear, Goodwill must be accessing my Amazon wishlist. Everything I wanted for the kitchen was there. I got a set of four nested stainless steel mixing bowls, and a set of five plastic nested mixing bowls. These were to replace the two mixing bowls I had at home that had gotten holes in them. I also picked up a nice set of tall ice tea glasses. When I got up to the check out counter, I was a little dismayed. They have a senior discount of 10%, for those over 55, but only on Tuesday. It used to be every day, and I was there on a Wednesday. No matter, I still managed to spend under $15.00 for everything, so pretty good.

I was nearby for an event at the Alex Theater and stopped in. Prices are "goodwill prices", which to me is more then they should be for used items. But they have a good selection and I found the pink sweater I have been needing there as well as a jacket for my son. I would pop in again if in the area. Lots of clothes, limited housewares.

Unfortunately this Goodwill is still arranging clothes by color instead of size which makes it pretty hard to find things. They do have a great selection of books.
