I have been donating here for 6 years, and just recently i noticed that the process seemed to be slowing down. What i mean is that they where taking longer to call us in for the screening process. The customer service was as if you where just a number, or kettle and from what i know they are making more money off the plasma than we do with the measly 40 they pay us there. What really put the cherry on top was the fact that they told me that my protein level was low, which i know is bullshit excuse my french! Im an athlete, protein is on my main! So they kept giving me the run around until i saw a regular donator at Sams club as a salesmen, he told me that he had been given the same excuse "lack of protein". And i spoke to some of the co workers and i over heard they felt bombarded and hated that so many people went to DONATE.

My concern was those phlebotomist who were so immature, playing around talking personal about how drunk they still felt in the morning..plus very disrespectful speaking with vulgar language...No way thise type of dum girls do not belong in a serious job like this...my vein is way much worth than that!

new donor walked in I could tell i was gonna get bad service. walked into main entrance for information and the two girls up front saw me standing there for give five minutes and they kept the gossiping. they completely ignore the patients. they should have nicer staff at least upfront

The staff is a mixed bag. Some are great and some are not. Total time is usually around 2 hours.
