I waited for over a half a hour standing up front as a first time donor to be told to take a seat, and they be with me soon two people walked in after i did also first times they instantly got helped and it forced me to wait another half hour. Then while waiting for the profile to be made I had four prior donors not be able to be scanned at the kiaosk get put in front of me. Another half hour goes by. End up not even being able to donate due to then closing, waited 5 hours....

why do they have 5 check in stations with one lady working and the line is 12 people long? tgey also have TONS of chairs but only two employees working the back. they need yo hire more staff. the staf is very friendly and i only had one painful stick out 7 times here. again HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! its bad when the check in takes longer vecause of tge line than the drawing process. do not come here if you have to be at work the same day. you will not make it.

Donating plasma is a great way to make extra money, just make sure you have the time for it. My first time it took 4 hours to get signed up and going. Also, it is very easy to get deferred so sometimes you may not even get to donate. Staff is OK at best. Some were pretty snotty to me but there were also some nice ones. Before you donate make sure you eat lots of good food and water, it will help a ton.

The initial sign up can take a while (2 hours) so be prepared for that. At times they are a little understaffed, but they get people processed as fast as they can. I rarely get a bad stick (hey, it happens). You can make some good $$ each month if you donate twice a week. Usually takes me 60 to 75 minutes from the time I walk in the door.

My experience has been awefull they blew out veins in both my arms and ended up having to see a doctor one of my arms was swollen and hurt to move when I called and asked for a manager they just hung up on me multiple times

I started donating a couple months ago. Despite them being busy and possibly understaffed, everyone has always been very friendly and they know what they are doing. I plan on continuing to go to this location.

Very frustrating experiences with this location. Not efficient and they do not care about your time at all. Breakfast prepared for 2 or more hours with these idiots.

Ridiculously slow.. only one person who checks vitals.. took an hour to sit down and another 10 before I was hooked up. Worst location ever.. go to Aurora location.

Nice staff. But the process takes well ove 2 hours now. It used to be much faster. With in an hour you could be in and out. This place needs more fast paced staff.

Need more staff, use to get in and out with in 1 hour, now over 2 hours spend alot of time standing in line. More help, more machines.
