Very disappointed in that this store has turned from one of the best in Hampton to one of the MOST EXPENSIVE!! They have steadily gone up on their prices recently, and took the "Thrift" out of "Thrift Store" Shirts that were 3.99 and 4.99 are now as high as 12.99 and furniture prices have just gone through the roof!! I have seen broken lamps and items that should have been discarded actually up for sale!?.....It makes the store look bad and it is something they used to never do?? Some furniture actually had wood glue running down the sides or there were tables with partially broken legs??......These items should have been trashed, but, they were trying to sell them! This particular store has a manager who drives a nice luxury MERCEDES!!!......Maybe, that is why the prices have gotten higher and higher!!.???............HMMM!!! THIS STORE HAS SADLY GONE THE WAY OF GREED!!! IT GETS A GRADE OF "F"

Wonderful shopping experience! Well laid out store, neat and orderly. The staff is AMAZING--FRIENDLY and HELPFUL making this is my favorite thrift store on the peninsula! I highly recommend this establishment!!!

I like the one in Norfolk better but its not bad. The quantity of clothing is plentiful but the quality is not as great, you really have to pick through lots of items to find something not completely worn out.

Decent selection, but the "we help veterans" idea is questionable, as they only give a military discount one day a month. Other non-military affiliated thrift shops give one once a week or everyday.
