Fun. Good value. Large selection and well lit. Compared to the other Goodwill outlets in Richmond and Roanoke, this is by far the best. Garage sale atmosphere, but some aggressive shoppers tend to take the fun out of it. Also, when new merchandise is wheeled out some of the staff seem to enjoy demeaning the customers by acting like animal handlers. Although... some customers do act like animals. The multiple baskets covered by sheets identify the ebay businesses. Try to stay ahead of them if you want the best selection. Some will even dump the whole bin out - then privately sort it out to themselves.

Staff is nice. Product choice is great. Favorite side is the outlet side, which is a little dirtier. You dig through bins and that is weighed at the register. Have to have patience for that, but I always make time to dig through this entire thing for a deal. Lots of trinkets for around the house. I don’t ever look much over these items, but people seem to act like it’s Black Friday when the employees bring more of these items out throughout the day. Actual store side has a good selection too

One half of the building is wholesale, big bins that you dig through to find treasures. The prices are dirt cheap is this part of the building and it is somewhat organized, clothes, books, electronics, etc. the other half of the building is a traditional Good Will. Prices are ok, store is clean and well organized.

The size of this goodwill is amazing and it also has the "outlet" and electronics attachments but some of the products they offer are way over priced and staff can be rude sometimes. none the less, due to size and product variety, this is still my favorite goodwill to visit.

The outlet is a zoo but the regular Goodwill is big bright and nice. Stuff gets picked through fast so that can be an issue. Also not the greatest quality stuff comes in due to the neighborhood. Worth seeing as it is the biggest Goodwill on the peninsula.

I enjoy the selection available at this Goodwill, they have great prices, and usually an eccentric collection of things to find for around the house. Customer service is always friendly and helpful as well.

I love this thrift store, and the outlet attached. To get to the outlet, you have to enter the main door and take an immediate right. They sell trinkets by the pound!
