This place definitely needs some TLC. The outlet beside it really needs it more. Not very clean & the girl that checked us out needs to go & relearn customer service. She seen us standing there & told us to hold on while she swept. We are both very patient however after 10 mins of still sweeping & ignoring us that is seriously bad customer service

The staff is always friendly in my experience. The prices, however, leave much to be desired. I saw one shirt with the tag still on it from Walmart for $3, yet Goodwill was selling it for nearly $5. If you are a thrifty shopper, you can often find better deals in regular stores.

Standard thrift store. Find some gems here, though! Down vest for three dollars! Check out the Goodwill outlet, too. Buy by the pound instead of per item for many things. Price per pound goes down the more you purchase.
