Very discriminating company. I was fed hate and lies about a imaginary policy that does not exist. This company hates US Vets and American Citizens. You SS card is required but useless. Your ID is required but Useless. Lady told me verbatim.that they dont need my donation because they get blood around the world. Use Grifols Biomat USA. There more respectful.

Some guy named Tony told me that I had to see the nurse and wouldnt tell me why.I called back up there and he said I should have waited for the nurse and hung up. I would have waited but I was in line for an hour and there were 4 people ahead of me.I didnt have time to wait.he was rude and hung up when I tried to talk

Love it there .Great staff the wait a lil long sometimes because people come back ...You have to have patience if you are in a hurry u need not to come save all the negative talk ..They treat each individual as if it were there first time...Just bring your a-game face and have enough time ..

this place is bad ass i love it there the lady ms.latoya shes the best and really ppl are over exaggerating the process and staff well as for me i think its a good place to donate i would recommend anybody to this place the ladyz maria,latoya,brianna are amazing workerz and very sweet

I would have to say that the center staff, as a whole, is one of the friendliest and most professional I have ever had the pleasure to have to deal with. The person who said that this company hates Vets, Your an uneducated person on the company. Or other words, you are ignorant.

They do tend to you as quickly as possible, but you never know if they are truthful or not, the people that work there are mostly female and you do get a sense of slight discrimination, it gets progressively worse on your 3rd or 4th visit.
