As a volunteer for Sister Carmen I can say that this is an amazing organization that supports the local community (Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, and Erie) with a very busy Food Bank and programs centered around helping those who need assistance with rent and medical care expenses, just to name a few. Sister Carmen is a Hub where neighbors come together to create community. Helping out is easy. Giving your time or just shopping or donating to the SCCC Thrift Store helps build the foundation for important programs for people in need right here in our neck of the woods. Sister Carmen gets a high-five.

Lisa at the front desk is great. Best food bank ever! I see Leslie Hughes -Lind for EMDR. With her help, my anxiety has become much more manageable! Leslie is amazing. She has a lot of heart and she encourages me to meet my goals. I also work with Amy Downing of Worklife. Amy is encouraging and supportive. It is so great to have Leslie and Amy in my corner! Thank you, Sister Carmen, for all that you do.

Summer Solstice

This place offers counseling, food service to those in need, as well as many other services. I love my therapist, and have been able to utilize these services to get on my feet in a state where I have no family. So thankful for the people who provide these services!!!
