I am Michael Henry and want to warn people not to buy from Motor City Rochester N.H.. We need credit to buy a house so we did a car loan first at motor city and have got a vehicle nightmare from a frauding ownership dealership. We have been basically in a rental car since the purchase. Biggest thing I suppose is according to attorney general paralegal is they purposely sold and let us drive off the lot with a road unworthy vehicle that they falsely put an inspection sticker onto. they then fraud-ed the warranty company to pay for repairs they should have been responsible for. and now I have to pay for more broken truck issues myself. I have an appointment with an attorney and have made same complaints to Santander loans company. I am making complaints with DMV inspection, and continuing with attorney General. Motor City told me that the tv screen telling me brake issues was nothing and just turn it off. Ford dealership would not even release vehicle back to me because brakes could just quit and crash the truck. motor City knowingly put our family at serious risk just to make a money sale in picking up auction vehicles and slapping a false sticker allowing us to drive a unworthy road vehicle attorney general labeled it. The truck is still broken and Motor City owner Richard tells me I have to pay to fix the nightmare they sold me. And when I said I am making complaints to organizations he basically said smirking " well good luck with that, best of luck actually", with a smirk. The Richard person thinks I should bow down to him when he false-ly frauds the consumer public with false inspection stickers. Trust me do not buy from them as they lie through their teeth to get a money sale onn auction vehicles that clearly should not pass inspection, then want you to pay for their problems you inherent. Gary, Michael and Logan were amazing. I went in there not sure if I would be able to get a new car. My car had broke down, I did not have a down payment and did not think it would be possible to get a car. I looked at several and decided on a 2011 Dodge Journey because I felt it was in my price range. Gary came to me and asked if I had looked at any of the newer vehicles and I had told him no. I went home with a 2015 Ford Escape with low miles and a payment I could afford! I will never buy another car anywhere other than at Motor city. The even came and picked up my car and Michael spent over 2 hours educating me on the sync system in my new car! Thank you, Motor city!!!!!

I dreaded trying to purchase another car, after a previous experience left me with a less than satisfied experience. My significant other texted me and told me to meet him at Motor City. I got there and was impressed to find that some of the guys that worked there were staying late to help us out! All our questions were answered and the paperwork was explained. I was super impressed with Ryan and Matt staying and making sure we were all set. I am so very happy with our vehicle and everything took about an hour! It was wonderful. I would recommend Motor City to all my friends and family for future vehicles!

Although I have not purchased a vehicle with the sales department, the service department is exceptional. I moved up to the area a couple years ago from Boston, and it took me about 18 months of trial and error to finally find a repair facility that I trusted to bring my vehicles to. Ryan and Travis have been nothing but extremely helpful every time I bring in a car to get checked out, and don’t try to oversell me on repairs. They always do their best to accommodate me, usually on short notice, and I must say that I am extremely happy to have finally found a good repair shop that I can trust.

These guys are the definition of shady car salesmen.Everything they say is a lie.The vehicles are all over priced and most vehicles have major mechanical issues.They will finance anyone but you will pay 30% interest. My car broke down 2 weeks after driving it off the lot.There was all kinds of small issues that could have been fixed.I asked them to lower the price $100 and they told me a was crazy then when I kelly blue booked my vehicle I paid more then it was worth! Stay out of this place these guys are snakes and the cars are average at best!

After 3 plus months of buying from private sales and losing money my husband and I decided this was it, no more throwing money away on junks so we came into Motor City and we met with Gabe and he treated us very good and everyone there was so friendly..Our experience there was truly awesome and fast. We were able to drive out of the lot with our new purchase 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and we absolutely love it....Thank you Motor City for everything!!!...If I know of anyone who is looking to purchase and car/truck I will def send them to Motor City.

I recently stopped by Motor City to check out the vehicles they had for sale, I was greeted by all who work there. They were all very helpful in getting me into a newer car. They worked with the banks to get the best interest rate, explained all the paperwork to me. The customer service was the best I have seen any where. I definitely would do business with them again and recommend any one to stop by.

What a great dealership from our sales guy Dan to the owners our experience with motor city could not have been less painful. This is a no BS place to buy a car we just drove off with a 2009 Toyota Camry. Our credit situation frankly sucked and these guys made it happen. If I could give more then 5 stars I would I will defiantly be doing business with them again.

I would highly suggest that if you are looking for a nice car at fair prices you try Motor City. I recently bought a 2014 Ford Escape and could not be more pleased with the dealers there.
