As everyone has said: Prices way too high. I have found many brand name items(such as Express or Gap) with stains or rips that are still marked too high simply because of the label. Knock off bags are priced too high... Another downside: took away 25 % off on Mondays for members. Managers are rude (except for one guy), a lot of the staff act like customers are an inconvenience. There are a few truly friendly staff members there but not many. However, there are always friendly people at the donation drop off door. Over all, gone down hill....

Thrift Store Quality at Department Store Prices. If I wanted to pay $8 for a stained my little pony I would take my chances with eBay. Amvets and A+ are much more reasonably priced with basically the same products. The only saving grace is shopping for clothes which are decent.

There prices have slowly gone up to way to much for a thrift store type atmosphere .And the one in Amherst, Tonawanda area is way to high in price some of the things that are still being sold in stores are priced higher than the store .

Way overpriced now a days. Not paying that much for used clothing when I can get it new at the mall on clearance. Getting a little greedy these days huh Savers?? Bring your prices down and I will start sending my to your store.

What a great place to purchase gently used items. The store is clean and well organized. The staff are constantly tidings things. Bought H O train car and houses in thier original boxes. Go often to get the deals

Terrible prices!!!!!!! Do I get a refund? Do i get a warranty? Then stop charging retail for items that usually come with that, at the prices you are charging. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The prices are way too high (ex: $9.99 for a decorative wooden candlestick that I could buy brand new from TJMaxx at half that price). Only upside is toys are priced reasonably.

The prices are outrageous considering all the items are donated to them. Much like the Henrietta NY location, which is now closed. Its nearly always a waste of time for me.

Prices have gone up to high for a second hand store can get new T shirts at Walmart for the price of theirs at Savers. Better check your pricing
