The staff was very friendly and yes if your a new donor it may take a little bit longer than usual. The lady that stuck me first was very supportive and uplifting, i told her i was scared of needles. She did great.

Unprofessional. Slow workers.Horrible service . If youre new they wont even kept track of who came in first. Been waiting 3 hours just for vitals and theres only 3 ppl in front.Smh wish i could rate half a star.

I can not help save lives and earn a few extra dollars because i am gay, but junkies can come in and get their drug money. All donations have to be tested no matter what so this is honestly just discrimination.

I have never had a single problem. I love the staff!! They are so helpful. And yes sometimes it takes awhile to get processed if they are super busy! But I would recommend people to come here!

Crappy Customer service! Make donors abide by rules that are not posted! Not professional at all. Employees just care about a paycheck or socializing with coworkers.
