Friendly staff and management. The line are usually long but they try to move as fast as possible. Some of the staff is still learning how to setup people with the plasma donations. The needles are a bit painful but no more then other centers

I wish I could give no stars. I have a registered service dog, including paperwork. They wanted to know what my disability is and they refused my service dog. I think it is a blessing in disguise, for my health in the long run.

I told them that I was doing this for Christmas to get my son some gifts. The woman was rude to me and just told me to answer her questions. I was able to donate but their rudeness. Will stop me from ever going there again.
