Bought tires here that were overpriced but still a good set of tires. Came back to have front-end checked due to noise. I was told it was not safe to drive because of the CV axle being so bad. Had both sides replaced and had to return a couple of days later because the front end was still making noise and started shaking. I was told it was probably an unbalanced tire and had to make an appt to bring it back the following week. It ended up that I had to bring my vehicle back 4 times!!! They had to replace a TMPS sensor and one of my new tires due to the sensor popping loose and burning the inside of the tire! The CV axles had to be replaced TWICE and both times I was told it was due to a BAD batch of parts!!!! I may not have had to pay for any of the repairs but I had to take off time from work and had my car unavailable for all that time due to their mistakes!!! I will never have work done there again!!!

These guys will try and con you if your not careful. Event time I went they have tried to sell me extra things not needed. the general manager "GT" will try and convince you your breaks are about to go out and your family will die etc. Went in for simple oil change and he comes back with a $900 quote of made up bull crap. They are not very friendly and are trying to make money off people any way they can.

I have been dealing with the location on Ashwood Dr. for several years now. They are always friendly, fast and do a great job. The prices can run high on the tires but they do price match and the store is always clean and neat. And I would have to say as a single female customer with children, I feel very comfortable there which is EXTREMELY important to me.

I highly recommend this location! I just realized I had a flat, and came in close to closing time. GT (the store manager), was wonderful - they stayed late to repair it for me! This was the best customer service I have received in a very long time! I will definitely be going back to purchase tires.

Have used the services there multiple times over several years now, beginning before they became affiliated with Pep Boys. Have had no issues and they have gone above and beyond on a couple occasions. Recommend them for basic needs. Just like any business, prices can vary based on current ads.

Very dissatisfied. They did not quote an accurate price and did not refill all oil they charged us for on oil change. $91.00 for an oil change and we were charged 20 xtra for xtra oil....and then we had to put oil in our vehicle two days later...a whole other quart. Never will I go their again!

Great customer service. My car has been serviced twice at this location and I have received excellent customer service on both occasions. Also, both services were completed in a timely manner.

4 tires a year ago was $355 with road hazard. After a blowout and proration, 1 tire cost $112. WTF. My last set of tires from here and road hazard is a ripoff

Have had thousands of dollars in work done at the phenix city al. Store. Have never had a problem with staff or the workmanship. Great people !
